Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days. You will receive a tracking ID within 3–5 days after placing your order. Please note, we do not dispatch orders on Sundays.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
To process any complaint, a 360° unboxing video is compulsory. This video must:
Begin from the moment you receive the sealed parcel, clearly showing the tracking label/docket number.
Show the entire process of opening the package, checking the products, and highlighting any damage or issue in real time.
Be continuous, with no pauses, cuts, or edits.
Clearly verify the working condition of items (if applicable).
No claims will be entertained without a proper unboxing video. This is a strict policy applicable to all customers — no exceptions will be made.
Timeframe for Reporting:
All concerns must be reported on the same day of delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
No Responsibility Without Proof:
If the unboxing video is missing or incomplete, we will not be responsible for any missing, broken, or faulty product.
We thoroughly check every product before dispatch to ensure it’s in perfect condition. This policy is in place to maintain fairness and transparency for all customers.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped. We do not allow cancellations or exchanges.
